Ordered a Custom Pair of boots from Bowman Wilson's Boots lost 800$ to them they took forever to make when they came they were 2 sizes to big, i sent them back and the only compromise they had was for an additional 250$ to adjust them, i was not prepared to risk an additional fee that would put these boots up to 1050$ in cost, when most likely they still would not fit, they still have those boots as i was not going to pay any more for them and they were no good to me. I feel cheated by this company of more then 800$ of my hard earned and saved money. Best advice out there do not use them, terrible customer service and i will never use them again. thought i would put that out there so others might be spared that kind of experience.
